⮚ Students are asked to be regular to school in time and attend the morning assembly.
⮚ Absentees are asked to produce a leave application along with parent’s signature.
⮚ Students should approach the principal and request for more leaves for valid reason.
⮚ In case of illness for long time, student is asked to submit medical certificate.
⮚ Students are not allowed to exit school without the permission of the principal.
⮚ No examination is conducted again for the absentees.
⮚ Attendance is compulsory after holidays, on every reopening day.
⮚ 75% of attendance is essential for the final examination of the academic year.
⮚ Student must be present along with parent with dairy on every parent-teacher meet.
⮚ Attendance is considered on parent – teacher meet. It is not a holiday.
⮚ Students asked to be in the school premises in time, i.e 8:25 am.
⮚ The school gate is closed at 8:30 am for assembly in order to avoid interruptions & distractions.
⮚ Student who comes late more than 3 times in a month is treated as indiscipline and is sent home thereafter.
⮚ Parents are asked to check the student’s dairy for late coming record.
⮚ All the students must be present in clean, neat and well-pressed prescribed school uniform.
⮚ Students must come wearing well washed socks and polished shoes.
⮚ Students who repeatedly come with improper or shabby uniform are asked to leave home.
⮚ Students are asked to maintain dignity, self respect and discipline in school with dress code.
⮚ Students are strictly warned not to have fashioned hair style, bangles and rings.
⮚ Parents are requested not to send their child with gold ornaments.
⮚ Fee should be paid Term Wise in the prescribed month, without fail, during the school time on working days.
⮚ The fee must be paid in cash/cheque only.
⮚ Students are strictly warned not to bring the mobile phones to school.
⮚ Students who disturbs fellow students or use abusive words are strictly asked to be present in the presence of parents and the principal for an apology.
⮚ Students have to be more cautious in using the things and any property of school.
⮚ Students who write on walls and damage the school property are treated as indiscipline and are strictly asked to be present in the presence of parents and the principal for further stringent action.
⮚ Student must be obedient to the teachers and should respect all the elders.
⮚ Students are warned not to run in the corridors; stringent action will be taken for misbehaving.
⮚ Parents and students are asked to use complaint-box for any suggestions and actions to be taken.
